VYNCKE is excited to reveal its employer brand and announce the launch of its new career site. This initiative is part of VYNCKE’s ongoing commitment to attract and retain the best talent as the company continues to grow, all while sharing the company’s authentic story.
In collaboration with a number of Vynckeneers, throughout different workshops and with input from management, our employer brand was developed. It is built on three key messages, showcasing VYNCKE’s values:

- We fuel your flame: every Vynckeneer gets the chance to develop their knowledge, discover strengths and learn from colleagues.

As Petra DHONDT, our HR Director, puts it, “We build great energy plants, but we also want to make our mark as an employer!” It is for this reason that we are using our employer brand to tell our story. With the new career site, we hope to catch the eye of potential Vynckeneers.
This site is not only meant to attract new Vynckeneers, but also to show what it is like to work at VYNCKE. Visitors will get a chance to read testimonials, get to know the Vynckeneers, and find out more about what it’s like to be part of the VYNCKE family.
